The purpose of the Challenge was to partner on a long-term basis with a startup that could help them in their problem of capturing and analyzing data on all national players below the U-18 category, in order to avoid the drain of talent from the country.
The United Arab Emirates Football Federation (UAE FA) aimed to encourage and involve players and other relevant stakeholders in the process of collecting and generating valuable data about young talent in the sport.
With the aim of boosting the development of soccer in the United Arab Emirates and the success of their national teams, they decided together with SportBoost to start selecting a solution that would create a comprehensive vision for young players in the long term.
The UAE FA wanted to reward and involve players and other audiences in recording information and generating valuable data on young talent.
They were looking for a solution that would offer coaches, clubs and parents the ability to set challenges to engage young soccer players and test their skills.
This solution would enable the UAE FA and soccer clubs to identify and nurture the next generation of soccer talent.
As the solution expands, more robust guidance and training can be provided based on youth profiles, which will enhance their overall development.
